1. General Terms and Conditions for Users Users of the Pasciòu website must be at least 17 years old or access the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details (name, delivery address, email address and telephone number) when registering for an account or checking out.
2. Pricing & Product Policy All prices for knitted products listed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and do not include delivery charges. Pasciòu reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders that have already been successfully paid for will not be affected by such price changes. We strive to display the colours and knit details of our products as accurately as possible. Colour variations may occur due to the lighting on your device’s screen, and there may be a size variation of 1–2 cm due to the elastic nature of the knitted fabric.
3. Bookings & Cancellations Your order will only be considered valid and processed once we have received valid confirmation of full payment. For products with a Pre-Order (PO) system, the production time is calculated from the first day on which payment is confirmed. Orders that have been processed and have entered the dispatch stage or are in the PO production queue cannot be cancelled or amended unilaterally by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges Policy We always ensure the quality of every item of clothing through a rigorous Quality Control process. However, should any errors occur: Product exchanges will only be accepted if Pasciòu has made an error in the type or size of the item delivered, or if there is a major manufacturing defect. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the parcel being received, as per the delivery note, accompanied by an unboxing video with no cuts or edits as primary evidence. Returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, with the tags still attached, and free from any additional fragrance.
5. Force Majeure Pasciòu shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery or failure to fulfil its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, industrial action, disruptions to the global banking system, or government restrictions.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to improve our services. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
