2. Order Processing
- Time In-stock products: Orders placed before 3.00 pm WIB will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the following day.
- Pre-order (PO) products: As some knitted products require a specific production time, the processing time for PO items is approximately 7–14 working days (details of the estimated time are listed on each product page).
- Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time & Cost
- Standard (Java): 1–3 working days. Standard (Outside Java): 3–7 working days (depending on location).
- International: 3–7 working days (depending on location).
- Delivery charges: Calculated automatically on the checkout page based on the total weight of your parcel and your delivery address.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will send you the Tracking Number via email or your registered WhatsApp account. You can check the status of your parcel at any time via the courier’s official website.
5. Safe Packaging Pasciòu uses waterproof double packaging to ensure your knitwear arrives clean, dry and ready to wear.
6. Shipping Insurance & Package Issues We strongly recommend that you take out delivery insurance for high-value orders. If your parcel is uncharacteristically delayed, damaged or lost by the courier, please contact the Pasciòu Customer Service team. We will be happy to help investigate and find the best solution for you.
